Abstract High-Resolution Neutron Diffraction (HRND), Electron Back-Scatter Diffraction
(EBSD) and Scanning Kelvin Probe Force Microscopy (SKPFM) techniques were used to
comparatively characterize the surface electrical properties of Inconel 690 and stainless
