Since traditional computing of the 60s, to the innovations of the 80s, passing by emergence
of internet, the virtualization advances, the concept of cloud computing have a promising
future. Certainly much remains to be done especially for interoperability but also the
establishment of norms and standards that will allow to build a set of heterogeneous
systems.

The concept of interoperability can be seen as the ability to structure, organize, formalize
and present their knowledge and expertise so as to be shared and exchanged. The works
that has addressed this issue are numerous and differ depending on the angle of treatment
and according to the technological requirements that change in turn continuously and
rapidly. This problem, which has caused much ink, not yet found a definitive solution, but
