ABSTRACT The Interstellar Boundary Explorer (IBEX) observes the IBEX ribbon, which
stretches across much of the sky observed in energetic neutral atoms (ENAs). The ribbon
covers a narrow (∼ 20–50) region that is believed to be roughly perpendicular to the
