Structural and magnetic ordering in films on (001)

We report the evolution of structural as well as magnetic ordering with annealing
temperature (TA) in full-Heusler alloy Co 2 MnSi thin films grown on (001) SrTiO 3 substrate.
The films attain maximum possible ordered state (L 21 state) as TA increases from 400° C to
600° C. The magnetization measurements show a moment of≈ 4.89 μB per formula unit
with low coercivity (≈ 6.2 mT) for 600° C annealed film. Electrical resistivity measurements
