Abstract A model Oxide Dispersion Strengthened (ODS) alloy powder of composition Fe–15
wt.% Y 2 O 3–x wt.% Ti (x= 0, 2, 5, 10 and 15) were synthesized by high energy mechanical
milling in Ar atmosphere for a prolonged duration of 60 h. Synchrotron X-ray diffraction
(XRD) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM) observations suggested the
