The Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic has substantially impacted solid
organ transplantation, including temporary inactivation of waitlist candidates with COVID-19
infection. We report two cases of liver transplantation (LT) in individuals with asymptomatic
COVID-19 infection. The first patient is a 68-year-old female with decompensated cirrhosis
