This paper reports hexagonal ZnO nano cubes were successfully prepared by a facile low-
temperature hydrothermal method. The morphology evolution of the ZnO nano cubes was
examined by SEM and grain sizes of the ZnO nano cubes with diameter to be approximately
60 nm to 40 nm. Optical property of the sample was done using a UV-Vis. spectrophotometer
in wavelength range from 200 to 500 nm and UV results found to be increase in the
