This subgroup analysis of COMPACT trial data suggests that patients with hereditary
angioedema using intravenous human C1-inhibitor as routine prophylaxis can derive a
clinically meaningful benefit when switched to prophylaxis with subcutaneous human C1-
inhibitor, observable as a further reduction in hereditary angioedema attacks.
