Purpose To assess the safety and efficacy of upfront treatment using bortezomib combined
with standard radiation therapy (RT) and temozolomide (TMZ), followed by adjuvant
bortezomib and TMZ for≤ 24 cycles, in patients with newly diagnosed glioblastoma
