A cross-sectional survey was conducted of sexually transmitted diseases (STDs) and risky
behaviors among 407 drug abusers in treatment facilities in 1998. Infections with human
immunodeficiency virus (HIV), hepatitis B virus (HBV), hepatitis C virus (HCV), herpes
