Outcomes: The limitations in activities of daily living were analyzed through the Disabilities
of Arm Shoulder and Hand Questionnaire (DASH) and Michigan Hand Outcome
Questionnaire (MHQ) at baseline, after four sessions of radial ESWT and at 4-months follow-
